The Appalachian Mountains on Film

Cruising down the Blue Ridge Parkway from Virginia to North Carolina through a brutal line of storms, mountain tops peaked through the low hanging clouds. In tow is the Hasselblad 500cm a couple rolls of B&W film, and the fantastic Carl Zeiss 100mm f/3.5.

El Matador Beach on Film

An evening stroll along El Matador Beach in Malibu, California. With me, my trusty Pentax 6x7 and a handful of rolls of Kodak Portra 800. That gorgeous California light at sunset gave the perfect glow, and Portra 800 made sure to capture those amazing pinks as that sun sank below the horizon.
